Events that are sponsored by, hosted by, or in collaboration with an IU campus, unit, college, school, or student organization can be posted. If you have questions about this policy, please contact the appropriate calendar administrator at the e-mail address below.
All officially recognized Indiana University organizations (schools, departments, units, centers, institutes, etc.) are encouraged to use the calendar. Please contact your departmental publisher first to get your event published. If your department doesn't have a publisher, contact the appropriate campus calendar administrator to get your event listed. Submitted events have to be approved by the calendar owner and these events will not show up until approved. Please list enough information so it will be easy to approve, (such as sponsoring department, sponsoring faculty member, phone numbers, website, etc.)
Your organization may be given direct publishing access. To do this, first contact your calendar administrator, who will issue your organization a unique username and password along with instructions on how to post or submit events.
All student organizations wishing to contribute to the IU Events Calendar must be registered with their Student Activities Office.
